The Montserrado County YMCA supports  pillar one of the Liberia YMCA Strategic Plan which has to do with Organizational Development.

The Board of Directors meets every quarter inline with its bylaws to provide strategic direction for the branch.

The current Chair is Madam Ama Tuku Harris, a seasoned administrator and academician, among others.  Other Members on the Board include:
